However, there are so many lenders to choose from that it is difficult to know where to start so we thought we would give you a hand. In time, we will publish full details of each lenders lending criteria.

The ‘Top 6’ is designed to focus on those lenders that offer what we believe is the most compelling package. They are judged on:

1. Borrower reviews

2. Broker feedback

3. Customer support

4. Product niches

5. Social media profiles

6. Competitiveness

There is no magic ingredient and we expect the various lists to change over time. However, once published, the list will not change for 4 weeks which gives every lender the opportunity to move up (or down) the list.
